How to cancel, and what happens when you do.

Care plans
Care and Care+ plans renew monthly and cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Send the notice by email to mic@5fgroup.com. Your plan and your hosting stay active through the end of that 30 day period.
What happens to your site
The site is yours. On cancellation we hand over the production files so you or another developer can host it elsewhere. We will point out what needs to move: the domain, the DNS records, the form endpoint, and the analytics property.
We do not hold a finished, paid-for site hostage. We also cannot keep hosting it, monitoring it, or backing it up once the plan ends.
Builds in progress
The build fee reserves your spot and begins work, and is non-refundable once the build has started. If you cancel mid-build we stop work and hand over what has been completed to that point.
Refunds
Monthly care fees already billed are not pro-rated. If we billed you in error, tell us and we will correct it.
