Marquee & Co. designs and builds websites for local businesses, and maintains them under a monthly care plan. Scope for each engagement is whatever is written into the tier you select plus anything added as a documented add-on.

We build a real demo of your site before you commit. The demo remains our property until the build fee is paid. Once it is paid and the site goes live, the finished site is yours.

The build fee reserves your spot and begins the full build. Premiere is available 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch. The Production and The Residency are scoped and quoted on a call.

Every build includes a required Care or Care+ plan, billed monthly, starting at go-live.

A change edits existing content. New pages, sections, features, or products are add-ons and are priced on the pricing section of this site.

Revision rounds included in your tier are listed with that tier. Additional rounds are an add-on.

Timelines assume you supply copy, photos, and approvals when asked. If material is late, the timeline moves by the same amount.

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, logos, and reviews you give us. We do not publish fabricated reviews, ratings, or testimonials on any site we build.

We build carefully and we test, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
