Terms

Marquee & Co. researches, positions, designs and builds websites for local businesses, and maintains them through Marquee Care. Scope for each engagement is whatever is written into the package you select, plus any additional scope quoted and approved separately.

We review every submission ourselves. Submitting your business does not guarantee a demo. When we see a meaningful opportunity, we perform initial Recon and may build a full working demo before asking you to hire us. If you do not proceed after seeing the demo, no build fee is owed. Any demo remains our property until a build is commissioned and paid. Once your build is paid and the site goes live, the finished website is yours.

Once you hire Marquee, the build becomes a commissioned project. Spotlight is $2,495, Showcase is $3,495, and Premiere is $5,495. Production is scoped and quoted separately. The build fee reserves your spot and begins the full build; Premiere is available 50 percent to start and 50 percent at launch. Every build includes the first 90 days of Marquee Care as part of the build engagement. After the included 90 days, Care continues at $295/month, with Care+, Growth and On-call Studio available as options.

A change edits existing content. New pages, sections, features, or products are additional scope. Each build includes a defined number of refinement rounds listed with its package. Additional scope beyond a package is quoted and approved privately before any work begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate business and service information, factual claims, any required legal information, logos, photos or assets you want used, credentials or access where needed, and timely approvals. Timelines assume this material arrives when asked; if it is late, the timeline moves by the same amount. Showcase and Premiere include complete professional copywriting, so you are not responsible for writing your website.

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, logos, and reviews you give us. We do not publish fabricated reviews, ratings, or testimonials on any site we build.

We build carefully and we test, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
