Do I have to get a Recon first?

No. If you already know what you need, discuss the project directly. Recon is a free starting point for a public website and business-presence assessment.

How do I find out the likely investment?

Tell us the project you have in mind. We can provide an initial written scope and budget indication once we understand the requirements, before asking you to commit to a longer discussion. A detailed proposal follows the agreed scope.

What does ongoing support include?

That is agreed for the work you choose. The proposal identifies support responsibilities, required third-party tools and any ongoing services before work begins.
