Scope and existing agreements
These terms describe new Marquee inquiries and engagements from October 26, 2026. Existing signed agreements, accepted project prices and recurring service terms remain in effect. Changes to public service descriptions do not change a current contract.
The free Recon
Recon is a public-business assessment. You must own the business or have authority to request its review. Coverage depends on accessible sources, correct entity matches and completed research stages. The report distinguishes evidence, interpretation and unresolved items. A free Recon does not include a commissioned website, production copy, installation or a full working demo.
Project proposals and payment
New website, custom software, lead-generation and AI implementation projects are individually scoped. Your written proposal defines the exact deliverables, price, content responsibilities, revisions, milestones, payment terms, launch support and third-party costs before paid work begins. No charge follows automatically from a Recon or inquiry.
Changes and approvals
Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted and approved before work begins. You provide accurate business facts, rights to supplied content and timely decisions or access. A late dependency may move the delivery schedule. Additional pages, features or integrations are not automatically included.
Ownership and handoff
The written agreement defines ownership, deliverables, licenses and handoff. The finished paid-for website belongs to you, subject to third-party licenses and agreed obligations. Continuing hosting or support is a separate service, not a requirement to remain on a proprietary platform.
Ongoing work
Ongoing care, active improvements and reserved studio capacity are defined in the written agreement, including deliverables, capacity, cancellation and required third-party services. New pages, features and marketing work require an agreed scope. Existing plans retain their signed terms.
Reviewed instructions and AI tracking
The one-time reviewed plan covers up to five agreed pages, delivery within three business days after payment and confirmed scope, and one clarification. Contact Mic about a refund before work begins. Optional monthly AI tracking covers one business and market, three questions and one deliberate nine-answer check per paid month, saved history and compatible comparisons. No automatic runs or rollover; cancel future renewals in the portal. It does not include implementation.
Managed AI scope
Standalone managed AI work has an agreed scope and three-month initial engagement. Exact implementation responsibilities and continuing cancellation terms are confirmed in the agreement. Larger website, advertising, broad search and third-party work are quoted separately.
Measurement and claims
Research and design are intended to improve how customers understand and engage with your business. API observations are samples, not consumer-app rankings. A missing, failed or unreviewed answer is not a negative recommendation. We do not guarantee a specific traffic, customer, revenue, search-position or AI-placement outcome.
Accuracy and liability
You confirm your rights to submitted content and the accuracy of your business facts. We do not publish fabricated testimonials or customer results. Liability is limited to fees paid for the work in question to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms are governed by Ohio law. Contact mic@marqueeandco.com about the service.

One business and market, three buyer questions and one nine-answer check per paid month across ChatGPT (OpenAI API), Claude and Gemini. Start your check when ready. Unused checks do not roll over. You implement the changes. Cancel future renewals at any time; access continues through the paid period. Saved reports remain in your account. Contact Marquee about a refund before work begins.
Initial and renewal service capacity is confirmed before collection. Review the recurring price, business details and questions before checkout. Manage billing and cancel future renewals in your account. Cancellation preserves the paid period and saved history; it does not start another check.

A defined implementation scope for one business and market with an agreed three-month initial engagement. We agree the work, access, price and timing before collecting payment or beginning implementation.
Response commitments
Mic responds to new project inquiries within one business day. A two-minute automated first-response guarantee applies only to the connected channels and coverage accepted in the applicable proposal. It measures sending the first automated response after an inquiry reaches the connected system. Human follow-up, delivery monitoring, exceptions and the guarantee terms are defined in the written agreement.
Payments and refund requests
Stripe handles secure card entry and payment records. Contact Mic before work begins to discuss a cancellation or refund. Include the account email and service; do not send card details or passwords.
