One request. Connected work.Explore the workflow

Today

The work between the work

How many times does the same information move?

A request arrives by email. Someone copies it to a spreadsheet, chases approval and replies to a customer asking for an update.

Marquee maps the request from arrival to completion, then builds the intake form, shared work queue and approvals your team needs. The same customer details travel through the process.

Start by mapping the handoffs your team actually makes.

Inbox

“A rollout across three locations.”

Requirements attached to an email.

Spreadsheet

“Which scope are we quoting?”

Someone copies the details into a tracker.

Customer message

Any update on our request?

Someone has to chase the answer.

One record

Custom software around your process

Capture it once. Carry it forward.

Bring the request, customer details, files and next action together. AI can organize the information and prepare a summary for your team to review.

Marquee connects your inbox, forms and business systems so AI can extract requirements, organize documents, draft proposals and update the customer record. Approval rules and exception queues keep the right decisions with your team.

The change: people work from a shared record instead of retyping it.

Customer portal

The customer can see what happens next

Fewer update emails. A clearer experience.

Give customers a secure place to approve work, find documents and see progress. The portal uses the same approved information your team works from.

Marquee designs and builds your branded customer portal with sign-in, quote approvals, document uploads, order or project status, messages and repeat requests. Each customer sees their own records; your team manages the work behind them.

The change: the customer gets visibility without another manual status report.

Management view

A clearer view of the business

See the work that needs a decision.

Build a dashboard around your own source data: quotes awaiting approval, delivery work, outstanding actions and sales progress. Open the record behind the status.

Marquee connects your sales and operations data in a live dashboard showing lead sources, response times, quote status, work in progress and overdue actions. Your team can filter by owner and open the record behind each measure.

The change: leadership sees the handoffs and exceptions in one place.

What we can build for your business

Your process.
Made tangible.

A shared workspace, a customer portal or a visual ordering tool. These layouts show ways we can organize your custom software around the people using it.

Operations / Team workspaceOperations workspace with project cards, an assigned owner, approval progress, documents and next tasks

Know what needs to happen next.

We can bring customers, conversations, files and tasks into one workspace. Each project has an owner, a status and a next action, so your team can move work forward without piecing together separate inboxes.

Discuss your team's workflow
Customer experience / Project portalCustomer portal with project progress, artwork approval, shared documents and a project contact

Give customers a clear place to move forward.

We can build a branded portal where customers review work, approve the current version, request changes, find documents and message the right person. Their decision updates the team's project record.

Turn choices into a complete request.

We can build a visual product or service configurator around your options and business rules. Customers select specifications, attach artwork and review the result; your team receives the details needed to prepare a quote.

Built around your requirements

Your process.
Your software.

A single workflow, a customer-facing application or a complete business platform. We design around what you need the system to do, rather than asking you to fit a preset package.

Customer & partner portals

Marquee builds branded sign-in, request forms, quote approvals, file uploads, messages, order history and progress tracking. Customer, partner and staff roles control the records each person can see. The portal connects to your team’s approved customer and project information.

Ordering & quoting tools

Marquee builds product selectors, quote calculators, saved configurations, repeat-order forms and approval steps. Pricing and quantity rules come from your business. Accepted work passes its details to the system and people fulfilling it.

Leadership & operational dashboards

Marquee builds filterable dashboards for lead sources, response time, quote conversion, workload and delivery status. Each measure has an agreed source and refresh schedule. Managers can open the underlying record and assign the next action.

Internal business applications

Marquee builds intake screens, shared work queues, scheduling views, approvals and document management. The application assigns work, tracks its status and gives each role the tools it needs to complete the process.

Integrations & data flow

Marquee builds the connections between your CRM, accounting, commerce, scheduling and other supported tools. We map fields, handle duplicates, log updates and surface failed transfers so records stay consistent and problems reach the right person.

AI inside the workflow

Marquee connects AI to read customer requests, extract document details, answer approved questions and draft proposals. The application saves the result to the correct record, routes approval and carries the next action forward.

A connected customer experience

One record.
From request to completion.

Give customers a clear way to work with you, and give your team the information to deliver without rebuilding the conversation in every system.

  1. 01

The customer has a clear starting point

A signed-in customer submits a request, shares files, approves a proposal and finds their documents in one place. The experience follows your services, products and approval process.

  2. 02

The team reviews one complete record

Your team sees the requirements, files, conversation and next action together. Pricing, commitments and access follow the rules you set for the business.

  3. 03

    Progress reaches the right people

Approved work moves to the systems and people responsible for delivery. Customers can see the updates you choose to share, while leadership can see progress and bottlenecks.

From first conversation to launch

Know what happens next.

Work directly with Mic to turn the business problem into a clear plan, working software and a supported launch.

  1. 01

    Find the work worth fixing

Walk through the process, your current tools and where time or opportunities are lost. Identify the workflow to build first, how success will be measured and what a written scope needs to cover.

  2. 02

See the plan before the build

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, budget, timeline and responsibilities. Review the design and a working prototype so your team can check how the process will work before the full build.

  3. 03

Build and test the complete workflow

Connect the screens, records, AI tasks and business systems. Test the full path with your team, including approvals, missing information and failed connections.

  4. 04

    Launch, train and keep improving

Plan migration and rollout, train the people using the system and hand over access and documentation. Agree who maintains it, the running costs and how ongoing improvements will be handled.

Protect the change.

Agree access and data boundaries, acceptance checks, migration and recovery steps before rollout. Test the handoffs with the people who will use the system.

Know who owns what.

Your written scope identifies code and data ownership, documentation, training, ongoing service costs and who handles maintenance and support. Any specialist input and support coverage are agreed before commitment.

Start with the process, users and tools. Leave the first conversation with a clear next step toward a written scope.Discuss a project

Before we build

The details
that matter.

Can you build something that is not listed here?

Yes. The capabilities on this page are starting points. Tell us what the system needs to do, who will use it and which information it needs. We can design a custom application or a complete platform around those requirements, then confirm the technical approach, connections, budget and delivery plan.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We begin by checking the available APIs, export options, permissions and data quality. We identify the connections that are feasible and any vendor limitations before committing to the scope.

How do you handle access and business data?

We define user roles, data boundaries, approvals and recovery needs during discovery. Sensitive information and production access are limited to what the agreed work needs. Hosting, retention and any compliance requirements are discussed explicitly.

What will the project cost?

Custom software and integrations are scoped individually. We agree the first release, milestones, dependencies and investment before production. Website price ranges describe website projects, rather than a complete software or AI implementation.

Who owns and supports the finished system?

The written agreement defines source-code and data ownership, third-party licenses, accounts, documentation and handoff. We also agree who maintains the application, handles incidents and funds ongoing hosting or service usage.

Do we need to complete a Recon?

No. You can discuss a software project directly. The free Recon examines public online presence; internal workflows and business data need a separate discovery conversation with your team.
